Members of our sales team are innovative problem solvers who use their expertise to improve our clients’ process solutions. We are looking for a technical sales professional who can develop sales and work intimately with engineering and manufacturing.

This hybrid role bridges technical application sales and manufacturing floor support , making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a hands-on, technical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Application Sales (Client-Facing)

  • Represent the value of Dynamix’s engineered mixing solutions to OEMs, end-users, and channel partners.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend optimal mixer configurations. Solutions oriented sales.
  • Collaborate with Application and Design Engineering teams to deliver application-specific solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records including quotes, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Educate clients and sales partners on product selection, sizing tools (e.g., Dynascale), and performance benefits.

Manufacturing Support (Internal)

  • Support the manufacturing team with support to Design for Manufacturing Assembly including cost estimation, purchasing research and supplier management.
  • Support review and develop manufacturing drawings.
  • Help bridge communication between engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across shop floor processes. Nice to have.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or manufacturing support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to define customer specifications and needs in order to specify and quote an engineered product
  • Hands-on familiarity with MS Office, CRM and ERP systems (experience with quoting tools is an asset).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to QC/QA processes and inspection techniques. Nice to have.
  • Familiarity with industrial mixers, tanks, pumps, or fluid handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD platforms is an asset.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, design, and manufacturing teams.
