As a Supervisor, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding staff development, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining strong client relationships. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of audit and accounting engagements from start to finish.
- Supervise and mentor Staff, In-Charge, and Senior Accountants, offering real-time feedback, training, and professional development.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations with precision and integrity.
- Review financial statements and working papers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
- Identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues as they arise.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by communicating progress, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on complex issues and prepare key reports, management letters, and deliverables for client presentations.
What You Bring:
- Strong technical foundation in accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with audit software, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
- Critical thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to lead, mentor, and contribute to the growth of both your team and the firm.
