The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care in a hospital setting within a large academic health system in Eastern North Carolina. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia for various surgical cases such as general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, gynecology, and endoscopies, with a focus on labor epidurals and pediatric patients. The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday schedule, shared call, and requires BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, utilizing the EPIC EMR system.
