Job Description : As the CMO, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, shaping the brand strategy, and leading initiatives to drive revenue growth. This position will require a strategic thinker with an innovative mindset and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels. You will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives and ensure that our brand remains strong and resonates with our target customers. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue goals. Enhance brand positioning through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the brand innovative and competitive. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Marketing, or similar leadership role in the restaurant or retail industry. (10+ years) Strong experience with both traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Expertise in brand management and customer experience. Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
