Junior Content Liaison

Job Description:

The Junior Content Liaison will play a pivotal role in managing digital marketing campaigns and content production for pharmaceutical clients. This position involves collaborating with agencies, internal teams, and offshore content production partners to ensure timely and compliant asset delivery

The ideal candidate will have agency experience working with pharma clients, a solid understanding of PAAB regulations, and strong project management skills to streamline content workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pharma Marketing & Digital Content Coordination

• Assist in the development and delivery of digital and print assets for pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with PAAB regulations and healthcare marketing standards.
• Work closely with creative agencies to align content with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

2. Project Management & Tracking

• Manage timelines, budgets, and approval processes for content production.
• Monitor performance KPIs, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Facilitate efficient communication with internal teams and external partners.

3. Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between creative agencies, brand teams, and offshore production teams.
• Support the intake process for new projects and content requests.
• Coordinate content feedback cycles and approval workflows.

4. Content Briefing & Quality Review

• Assist in preparing content briefs and ensuring proper documentation.
• Oversee content revisions, ensuring timely updates before deployment.
• Verify content alignment with strategic marketing objectives.

Key qualifications include:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or project coordination
• Agency experience managing pharma marketing campaigns and digital asset delivery
• Familiarity with PAAB regulations
• Strong project management skills with a structured approach to execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency in English for effective business correspondence
