Job Details This position offers uncapped commission in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000-$90,000 in the first year (on-target earnings). Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data about prospective customers and the market area. The position includes a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Primary Responsibilities Work diligently to generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager. Transport yourself to the designated area and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record detailed house-to-house information accurately. Maintain a neat appearance, proper uniform, and required permits at all times. Attend company meetings as scheduled. Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Canvassing Program Manager. Master Renewal by Andersen’s methodologies, products, and current promotions, becoming a Signature Service expert.
