Job Description

The Marketing team ensures the success LOEWE in the region Americas Region (North LATAM & Travel Retail).

The intern will support the Marketing Team and will directly report to the Senior Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the Marketing and Public Relations strategy for the brand in the Americas.

The Marketing & Public Relations Intern’s duties will mainly focus on:

• Visual Merchandising
• Public Relations & Agency Relations
• Seeding coordination and organization.
• Trade activations
• Vendor Registrations
• Sanitary Registrations
• Digital Marketing
• Analysis and Forecast
• Training support

He/she is a detail-oriented & agile team player able to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager in working with local teams to adapt marketing and trade calendars with local markets.
• Support trade activation implementations by preparing and sharing guidelines, animations options, approving necessary elements, preparing VM Planograms, coordinating market calls and working with vendors for production of necessary materials, etc.
• Contribute to the digital e-corner developments for a flawless execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams: help process new site requests, gather required documents, ensure criteria is met, work cross functionally with teams to launch new sites, etc.
• Create reports with analysis such as post activity results that include KPI’s, ROI, photos, client feedback, qualitative and quantitative data on the monthly basis as well as for specific trade activation results.
• Follow-up with the HQ teams of the delivery of launch or campaign assets, visuals, social media asset, texts, CRM tools, and others elements as needed. Translate such assets to English and/or Spanish.
• Aid in the coordination of annual client or training convention with preparation, set up, required materials, samples, set up, etc.
• Help to coordinate the new vendor registrations and open/manage vendor purchase orders.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Public Relations

• Assist in the implementation of the Communication & PR strategy for the brand in the Americas region.
• Pre-filter and laisse with local markets in the region and central team for submissions of KOL’s, editorials, events, etc.
• Assist in the identification of ideal KOL’s and press opportunities aligned with the brands strategy.
• Revise and follow up seeding strategy and guidelines with each market.
• Manage and control of PR material and stock. Guarantee the correct PR gifts reservations contemplating the whole event and communication plan for the year.
• Ensure the up to date sharing of assets and other press materials with the local managers and/or agencies and keep PR folders organized and up to date.
• Help to analyze and evaluate the impact of PR campaigns through internal platforms and with information provided by local managers and/or agencies.
• Collect and compile information to prepare monthly reporting required by HQ team.
• Detect and share the latest trends and identify opportunities in territories related to the brand.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience in the beauty industry preferred.
• Interest and knowledge of social media KOL’s, Press and content creators desired.
• Effective project management skills & strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking & communication skills
• Ability to deliver on tight deadlines while being diligent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and English / Portuguese is a plus.
