Position Details

Location: Arlington/Euless/Grand Prairie, Texas

Setting: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Supervising/Evaluating Only

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: Up to $110,000 per year (based on experience, skillset, location, and productivity)*

Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
• Willingness to work in home and clinic-based settings
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive insurance

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide occupational therapy services as prescribed by the physician.
• Conduct evaluations and develop written Plans of Care.
• Coordinate services with healthcare teams, parents, and guardians.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain effective communication.
• Supervise other personnel when required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.
• Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Must have visual and hearing acuity.
