How you will make an impact:

The Practice Director plays a crucial role in the effective and efficient operation of their assigned medical facilities and staff. Their impact can be felt in various ways, both in terms of patient care and the overall success of each practice. The Practice Director will make a significant impact by focusing on patient care, financial stability, compliance, staff development, strategic planning, innovation, and community engagement. Their leadership and management skills are pivotal in ensuring the success of each practice and their ability to deliver high-quality care.

What you will do:

The Practice Director is responsible for the overall management and development of business operations of their assigned clinical/surgical locations (Practices). This role will oversee the annual budget, implement strategic marketing, and ensure proper execution of operational plans, while ensuring each Practice has effective and efficient managers and support staff who consistently achieve the goals for profitability, growth, competitiveness, and reputation. In addition, the Practice Director will be the primary business liaison between each Practice and their corporate partner, CCRM Management Company. Specific areas of oversight include, but are not limited to, Human Resources; Accounting (billing, collections, and physician metrics); Marketing and Public Relations; Clinical Quality Assurance and Improvement; ongoing improvement in patient experience; and overall growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MHA, MBA, or MS in health administration or business administration strongly preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years’ experience in senior positions in health care services industry with a superior record of growth and profitability.
  • Well-rounded general management experience including full P&L responsibility with a successful record of achievement.
  • Proven track record in developing high performing management teams.
  • Knowledge and experience in medical reimbursement, internal auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, managed care contracts, management information systems.
  • Communication skills that generate confidence, provide direction, and foster a “can do” attitude among staff at all levels.
  • Ability to manage in a complex environment involving multiple Practices and Departments and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multi-specialty healthcare practice.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience with staff recruitment, training, and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
  • Manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and service.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff

Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office and clinical setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, including computer keyboards and mice; telephones; photocopiers; scanners; filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others. The employee is frequently required to sit; will occasionally stand and/or walk; use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; operation of standard office machines and equipment. CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits
