Responsibilities

• Execute our go-to-market strategy/ Drive revenue generating activities/practice group performance
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters and sales professionals to achieve ambitious goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Manage the vertical’s financial performance, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operational KPIs..
• Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent solutions, maintaining client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
• Proven performance in talent manager/director or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, databases, and other technology systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
