Daily responsibilities differ based upon experience and role from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through zoom and in-home sales presentations. Represent Freedom professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power and battery storage in your area. Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout. Take part in continuous education and training opportunities to hone your craft and build your sales/customer service career.
Prior experience in direct sales or related role: solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home automation/security system sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Attention to detail. Experience with commission-based compensation packages. Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus. Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry. Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers.
In-house installs in all markets. Extremely competitive compensation structure w/bonuses and incentive trips throughout the year. Potential income range between $70,000- $210,000 in year one. Uncapped earning potential overall.
