Role Summary RV Tech is seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Engineer to administer, configure, and maintain our Slack platform. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, and ensuring Slack serves as a highly effective and integrated communication and collaboration hub across the organization. Responsibilities Own strategy, administration, and governance of our enterprise Slack. Architect and implement complex Slack integrations with key business systems. Design and build sophisticated Slack automation workflows and custom apps. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage advanced Slack features for improved productivity. Lead development of Slack best practices and training. Provide expert-level support for complex Slack issues and integrations. Collaborate with teams to develop tailored Slack solutions. Evaluate and recommend new Slack apps and integrations. Monitor Slack performance, security, and compliance. Qualifications 5+ years leading enterprise-level Slack deployments (administration, architecture, strategy). Expert proficiency in Slack administration, security, API, and advanced features (Enterprise Grid). Proven success in designing and implementing complex Slack integrations and custom apps. Deep understanding of workflow automation and building sophisticated Slack automations. Strong understanding of enterprise communication and collaboration best practices. Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills. Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for advanced Slack automation/integration. Familiarity with other collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Slack integration is a plus. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Palo Alto, California Based Applicants: $117,400.00 - $146,300.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
