Home Visits | Admissions | Assessments | Flexible Schedule

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Erie County . In this full-time role, you’ll provide a mix of routine skilled visits, start-of-care admissions, and comprehensive assessments for adult and senior clients in the comfort of their homes.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, meaningful 1:1 care, and a balanced weekday schedule—backed by a supportive, values-driven team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Perform skilled home health nursing visits including wound care, medication management, and chronic disease education
• Conduct start-of-care admissions and comprehensive assessments to initiate and update care plans
• Monitor and document client conditions and progress using a tablet-based EMR
• Communicate with physicians and other care team members to coordinate services
• Educate clients and caregivers on safe, independent home care practices

What You’ll Need:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or SNF)
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and travel locally in Erie County
